God Bless everyone who is having to deal with this hurricane. All I have been doing is watching on the weather channel this morning. I am engrossed in it. I gotta go to work!

I am a single mother of a eight year-old girl [who is already telling me I don't understand what she is going through] who is my life, I am an animal lover, I have 2 dogs, I like to do anything outdoors, I love to read everything that comes across my fingers, I knit, I like to cook/bake, I like old movies, and good music, I am really good at wheel of fortune and so so at Jeopardy. I am pretty boring except for the occasional mishap that tends to be funny...but my family is usually hilarious I forgot who said these but this is how I try to live: "Love and laugh often-it makes life easier." Oh- and "All things are possible with God."

I am not directly in the path, but we are getting storms from it. It hasn't been too terribly bad over here, just a lot of rain.
